Canceling/Rescheduling & Refund Policy

At the JCole Golf Academy, we are committed to providing the highest quality indoor golf lessons and ensuring the satisfaction of our students. We understand that there may be situations where a refund or rescheduling of lessons is necessary. To maintain transparency and fairness, we have established the following refund policy:

1. Refund Eligibility: 

               Lesson Cancellation: A full refund will be issued if the lesson is canceled by Jcole Golf Academy or the instructor for any reason.          

               Student Cancellation: If a student wishes to cancel their services the following refund policy applies:

                     a) Refund requests made at least 72 hours before the scheduled lesson time will be eligible for a full refund

                     b) Refund requests made less than 72 hours before the scheduled lesson time will not be eligible for a full refund and a late cancellation

                     fee of $50 will be collected or deducted off the lesson price.       

        2.  Rescheduling:

                If a student wishes to reschedule a lesson, they may do so with at least 24 hours' notice without incurring any additional charges. 

                Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time may be subject to a rescheduling fee or may not be 

                possible, depending on instructor availability.

        3.  Expirations

               Expirations are set for accounting purposes and student accountability (if your not taking your lessons, your not getting better) 

               The clock starts when the student takes their first service.  

        4.  Inclement Weather: 

                If indoor lessons are affected by inclement weather, the lesson may be rescheduled at no additional cost to the student. If rescheduling is not   

                possible, a full refund for the affected lesson will be provided.

        5.  Refund Processing:

               No refunds given for the auto-pay promotions. 

        6.  Exceptions: Jcole Golf Academy reserves the right to make exceptions to this refund policy in extraordinary circumstances, such as medical 

               emergencies or other situations beyond the student's control.

This Indoor Teaching Golf Lesson Refund Policy is subject to change at the discretion of Jcole Golf Academy. Any updates or modifications to this policy will be communicated to students in a timely manner. By scheduling a lesson with Jcole Golf Academy, students acknowledge and agree to adhere to this refund policy. We are committed to providing exceptional golf instruction and ensuring the best experience for our students while maintaining fairness and transparency in our refund and rescheduling procedures.
